Force Ghost Updates

Just like how Anakin, Obi Wan and Yoda became force ghosts guiding the young padawans. I too, have revived this blog from the dead, to save myself from the impending humiliation from friends who stumble upon this blog in the many years to come.

I am not embarrassed of the past published posts (okay, maybe a little) but hey, I was young and it brings back memories of my teenage years.

I wasn't able to handle this blog to the best of my ability, due to the fact that I have a short attention span and also because back then, the only reason I started this was that all the people from my school had blog sites with names such as washed-updreamer lolol

I remember coming across the term "washed up" which Cambridge Dictionary describes as "If you are washed up, you are no longer successful and you have no chance of success in the future" and me being the 15-year old girl with so many "issues", I thought that term was very fit for my case. As well as the fact that I had a lot of dreams back then, but I never thought it would ever come true due to a series of unfortunate events.

But what the heck right? I'm keeping it and using this blog as my safe space - and if you're reading this, you can too. My last post was back in July 2016. Here are some pretty big updates in my life since then.

• I graduated from NP and I'm currently working as an editor - but I'm thinking of going back to school this August.
• I got a pomeranian puppy, Prince Leio Doogie Dogg better known as Leio last August. He's gonna be turning one in April 28!!! He's the cutest!!! (@princeleio on Instagram)
• I turned 21 - so I'm legally responsible for myself and old enough to do whatever in all parts of the world. (help)
• I've let go of my daddy issues - and even though I expect to see a lot of poems with the same subject, I can assure you that I harbour no grudge in my heart because goddamn life is too short for hate and pain

• I have a boyfriend (again), it's Kenneth (again) - so that's almost 4-ish years with the same guy, like wow who knew I can commit this good. He's amazing, even though he's the bane of my existence, he is also my ride or mf die 
• I have two most adorable baby brothers in the world!!!! Emmanuel, 2 1/2 years old and Elijah, 4 months old. Of course, I still have my sisters, Vianika, 17 and Erika, 14 who are like vampires because all they do is stay in their room and play minecraft. 
• Mark Hamill got his Hollywood star, Carrie Fisher died (sigh i love you princess Leia forever), and I am still the biggest Star Wars fan you can find, plus there's an upcoming Han Solo movie starring Emilia friggin' Clarke aka Daenerys and Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino aka Lando aka damnnnn
• Oh yea, I got a Darth Vader tattoo for my 20th birthday - it is amazing!
• I travelled to London, Boracay, Bangkok, Bali, Jakarta, Malacca and Manila 
• I went for Ultra Music Festival, Berhana and Daniel Caesar
• Thing I'm looking forward to the most this year is going back to the motherland 
• Thing I'm NOT looking forward to the most this year is going back to school
• I've pretty much finalised what I'm gonna name my kids - whether or not I have them with Ken - the names are in the bagggggg. Can't say what it is but the first letters of my 4 kids' names start with L (not Luke and Leia, but close... very close ;-)

Hmm, I think that's about it - I'm thinking of putting up my old poems here, or just whatever I feel like rambling about. I have a diary, but its mostly where I complain about Ken and doodle really weird drawings. So, I'm gonna go high-tech and make use of this space - or at least try to remember it exists this time round.
